Precious Life Infant Care Center

Something unique to our shelter is that we have a state licensed Infant Care Center on site that is available to our clients who are job searching, working, or attending approved school programs. This center is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

  • Open from Monday through Saturday depending on the schedules of the mothers.

  • Hours can be from 5 am-11 pm depending on the schedules of the mothers.

  • Maximum Capacity: 10 infants

Precious Life Infant Care Center strives every day to provide our babies with high quality care and learning experiences. Our teachers’ are fully qualified per Title 22 standards. Their education and experience in the field of early childhood education is vital in providing our babies with a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. 

Our curriculum entails targeting the 4 domains of development: Language, Social/Emotional, Cognitive and Physical Development. We believe that our job as educators is to be intentional in aiding the experiences our babies go through by observing, documenting, reflecting and individualizing. 

Infant Care Center staff strive to build strong, healthy and positive relationships with our babies and mothers. It is important to continuously provide a loving, consistent and stable environment to our precious babies.
